and phosphorus found in these fluids. Other experts say that selecting a soda
instead of milk and other drinks, which contains calcium, can harm you. Even
you lose Calcium if you are drinking too much coffee or tea.
Cycle for several kilometers
When you paddle your bicycle for hours on weekends, not only
your heart and lungs gets strong even your bones also gets strong. If you are a
cyclist then raise a little weight on it and do it continuously. You can also
do activities like tennis, hiking, dancing and swimming.
